One dataset. Seventeen modules.
Zero silos.
Ship management software built the way fleets actually run — technical, crewing, commercial and compliance data living in one place, on one record per vessel. The Maritime Suite is the system of record; six companion products extend it to your vendors, your document vault, your bridge and your chartering desk. Every module works fully offline at sea.
Volaxin Maritime Suite — eleven modules, one record per ship
The Suite is the master system of record. Every module below shares the same equipment tree, the same spares catalogue and the same crew file, so a defect raised in the engine room is already visible to the purchaser, the superintendent and the auditor. Nothing is entered twice; nothing drifts out of sync.
Counter, calendar and condition-based scheduling tied directly to class survey windows and the critical equipment register. Overdue jobs escalate automatically, defects carry their full repair history, and the whole job card set works offline on the vessel.
Explore PMS INV Inventory & SparesFleet-wide stock visibility with interchangeability mapping, ROB tracking and automated reorder points that understand lead time to the next port.
Explore Inventory CRW Crew & PayrollThe full seafarer lifecycle — STCW certificate expiry, rotation and relief planning, travel, allotments, appraisals and flag state compliance in one file per seafarer.
Explore Crew MLC 2006 WRH Work & Rest HoursRolling-window rest hour calculation that catches the violations a daily total hides, with PSC-ready export and automatic non-conformity flags.
Explore WRH SIRE 2.0 SHQ SHEQ Safety & QualityIncidents, near-misses, permits to work, drills, internal audits and TMSA/SIRE 2.0 vetting preparation with root-cause analysis built into every case.
Explore SHEQ DRY DryDock & TenderingVersion-controlled specifications, electronic yard tendering and cost forecasting — so competing yard bids are compared line by line before the ship leaves service.
Explore DryDock HUL Hull IntegrityUT thickness readings plotted against gauging history, coating condition by compartment, and structural findings tracked from observation to close-out.
Explore Hull Rare WRH Shore WarehouseA shore warehouse module built for marine parts — bin locations, transfers between vessels, and stock reserved against a specific job before the ship arrives.
Explore Warehouse INS Insights & KPI DashboardsCross-module fleet analytics and benchmarking — maintenance backlog, budget variance, safety trend and crew stability on one board, exportable on a schedule.
Explore Insights CII · EU ETS CMP Comply — Carbon & ReportingIMO CII rating per vessel, EU ETS allowance exposure, FuelEU GHG-intensity with banking and pooling, plus EU MRV, IMO DCS and Poseidon Principles reporting.
Explore Comply Unique · Offline AI AI VOLAX Wavy — Offline AI AssistantAn AI assistant that runs on the vessel itself, with no satellite link required. Ask it which class items fall due before the next port, why a purchase was rejected, or where a spare was last seen — and get an answer from your own data, at sea, in the language the crew speaks.
Explore WavySix products that stand alone — and plug straight in
Not every operator needs the whole platform on day one. These six run independently, each solving a discipline in full, and each writes back into the same shared dataset the moment you connect them to the Suite.
Requisition to purchase order to invoice, with a supplier-side portal for RFQs, competitive bids and delivery confirmation — reconciled automatically against the vessel's own records.
Explore Procurement Product 03 · VDMS VDMS Document ManagementHierarchical, version-controlled document control with smart interlinking, filtered search, read-receipt tracking and full offline vessel synchronisation of the SMS.
Explore VDMS Rare in ERP Product 04 · NAV Navigation & VoyagePassage planning, weather routing, speed-versus-fuel optimisation, ECA and high-risk-area alerts, and live AIS position — usable on the bridge or as the navigation layer of the Suite.
Explore Navigation Rare in ERP Product 05 · CHT Chartering & Post-FixtureCharter party and fixture management, voyage estimation and P&L, the laytime and demurrage engine, freight, hire and commission invoicing — estimate through to final statement.
Explore Chartering Product 06 · FIN Finance & Vessel P&LVessel-level profit and loss, voyage costing, budget versus actual by cost centre and multi-currency accounting that reads real spend straight from procurement.
Explore Finance Product 07 · OPS Fleet OperationsNoon reports, electronic logbooks under MEPC.312(74), port call and bunker events — validated against hundreds of built-in checks before they reach the office for sign-off.
Explore Fleet OpsThe reconciliation problem, solved at the data layer
Most fleets do not suffer from a lack of software. They suffer because the maintenance system, the purchasing system and the crewing system each hold their own version of the truth, and somebody spends every Friday making them agree. Volaxin removes the reconciliation step by removing the duplicate records.
One equipment tree
A pump exists once. The PMS schedules it, Inventory holds its spares, Procurement buys against it, Hull records its condition and Insights reports on it — all pointing at the same identifier, so a rename or a re-rating propagates everywhere at once.
Offline is the default
The vessel installation is a full application with its own database, not a browser tab that fails at sea. Work continues through a satellite outage and reconciles bidirectionally on reconnection, with conflict resolution that favours the ship for shipboard facts.
Built by mariners
Master mariners, chief engineers and vetting specialists specify every workflow before it is built. That is why the rest-hours engine uses a rolling window, and why the dry dock spec is a living document rather than a Word file.
Ship-specific from day one
Maker manuals, legacy PMS exports and equipment registers are converted into a clean, ship-specific database — by marine professionals, assisted by an AI scanner for high-volume migration. Most single vessels go live in days.
92+ languages, one record
A Filipino motorman raises a defect in Tagalog; a German superintendent approves the purchase in English. Same record, translated at the point of reading, with rank titles localised without breaking STCW alignment.
Audit-ready by construction
Every change is attributed, timestamped and immutable. PSC, class and vetting evidence is assembled from the live dataset rather than reconstructed the week before an inspection.
Bring your worst operational problem
Thirty minutes, your vessel types, your actual pain point — and we will show you the same story running inside Volaxin. No slide deck unless you ask for one.
